Hi! I'm Raquel from Lotus Rock Counseling, LLC and I would be honored to work with you! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years of clinical experience helping diverse populations. My specialties include helping women heal from trauma and grief, especially those impacted by sexual abuse & interpersonal violence. While I specialize in post-traumatic growth & empowerment, I also love to help those that may be dealing with life changes, anxiety, depression, and much more.

Starting counseling can be a huge first step and might be anxiety-provoking for some clients. Please rest assured that clients will be met with compassion and non-judgment in a safe space. Trust can take time in a therapeutic relationship so clients are encouraged to move at their own pace as they work towards their personal goals. Every individual is unique so there is no "one size fits all" approach. Therefore, I am able to utilize various treatment methods that are best suited to your needs.
