Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, and I'm passionate about creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges — whether that's anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, or simply a sense that something feels off. My goal is to make therapy accessible and approachable, so that the work we do together feels meaningful from day one.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has the capacity to grow and heal, and my role is to walk alongside you in that process. I draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to what works best for you as an individual — because no two people are exactly alike, and neither is their path forward. Above all, I strive to be warm, direct, and collaborative, so that our sessions feel like a genuine partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, a bit of your history, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but there's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. My goal for that first conversation is simple: for you to leave feeling heard, a little less alone, and genuinely hopeful about the work ahead.
