Great to meet you!

I want to start by telling you a little bit about myself so you feel safe knowing your well-being is in good and experienced hands.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over a decade, beginning as a registered nurse in a hospital setting, and I have spent the past five years focused on behavioral health and addiction medicine. Today, as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I draw on my diverse clinical background to provide care that’s grounded in empathy, understanding, and truly listening to my patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care starts with truly listening. I believe that when we take the time to understand your unique story, we can create a treatment plan that’s not only evidence-based but also realistic and aligned with your life.

Over the years, I’ve seen how many people have struggled silently, undiagnosed, untreated, and overwhelmed by symptoms. My goal is to help you break that cycle. Whether it’s finding joy in daily life, easing anxiety, healing from trauma, or simply quieting the noise, I’m here to support your path toward peace.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, you can expect a thoughtful and compassionate approach. We’ll start by reviewing your medical and social history, then take time to explore your symptoms in depth. In most cases, you’ll leave that first appointment with a clear diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan. If more time is needed to fully understand your experience, we’ll take it, this is your space, and we go at your pace.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You’re never just a number here, your well-being matters deeply to me. Together, we’ll work toward finding clarity, balance, and a greater sense of peace in your life.
