This is a helping relationship, which will focus on your present in order to understand why your problems have arisen and why they have persisted over time.
Through therapy I will help you understand the roots of your symptoms, respecting where you are and working together on where you want to be. Therapy is based in a safe space where you can unveil your feelings and emotions, without judgment or an agenda.
