Great to meet you!

I value creating a therapeutic environment that fosters deeper self-awareness, acceptance, and meaningful movement toward clients’ hopes for change. I approach the therapeutic relationship with deep respect for each client’s unique life story, identities, and lived experiences, and I believe healing is most impactful when explored collaboratively.

I strive to co-create a space grounded in authenticity, mutual respect, cultural humility, and compassion, while supporting clients in developing practical and sustainable pathways forward through life’s transitions and challenges.

My clinical experience includes working extensively with adolescents, teens, adults, and families navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, relational and familial conflict, individual and intergenerational trauma, racial and cultural identity development, spirituality and faith, and major life transitions. I have also worked alongside diverse immigrant, refugee, and asylum-seeking communities with sensitivity to the layered experiences of culture, migration, belonging, and resilience.

I am passionate about advancing mental health equity and expanding access to quality, culturally responsive care among historically and systemically marginalized communities both stateside and abroad.

If you are interested in beginning therapy or would like to learn more about working together, I welcome you to reach out via email to schedule a 15-minute consultation call.

My approach to therapy

I often work within three primary treatment modalities, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Additionally I like to bring in elements of Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies and Somatic Therapy to create a holistic approach to mind and body based therapy.
