Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Raquel, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy for adults and older adults in Florida and Texas.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and overwhelming life stress. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they can’t break, or impacted by past experiences while trying to move forward.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and gaining insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Therapy with me is both compassionate and goal-oriented. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in your daily li, fenot just managing symptoms, but creating meaningful and lasting change.

If you're ready to begin, I look forward to supporting you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. Together, we identify patterns that impact your thoughts and emotions, build practical coping tools, and support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll explore your goals, discuss current challenges, and begin developing a clear, collaborative plan. My aim is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
