Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I specialize in helping clients heal from early emotional wounds, attachment challenges, and generational trauma. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom. I create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other mind-body methods to help clients understand their inner world and begin healing from the inside out. I believe therapy works best when we move at your pace and create space for authenticity, not perfection. I focus on building trust so you can feel safe enough to explore and grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, your goals, and what feels most important for you right now. We’ll move at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. By the end of the session, we’ll create a general plan for how we can work together and what support might be most helpful for you.
