Great to meet you!

I am an LMFT and adjunct professor of clinical psychology with years of experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I particularly enjoy helping clients with life transitions, grief, relationship issues, infertility and perinatal concerns. My clinical training is in social justice, narrative, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR. When appropriate, I also incorporate non-traditional methods like mindfulness, breathwork, and art into sessions.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a partnership in which clients are honored as the experts in their own lives. I believe that healing happens through connection—when people feel seen, understood, and supported. Rather than pathologizing or diagnosing, I focus on collaboration and curiosity. My style is open, nurturing, engaged and inquisitive. I look forward to walking alongside you on a heartfelt journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where their story takes center stage. We begin by exploring their hopes for therapy and the challenges they’re facing. I take time to understand who clients are and the people who matter most in their lives. I ask about their history—not just problems, but strengths, values, and how they’ve overcome difficulties in the past. Together, we create a personalized map that highlights resilience and creates a sense of empowerment, growth and possibility.
