Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Raquel, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s transitions, identity questions, and the pursuit of a more authentic self. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with stress, trauma, neuro-diversity, identity issues, and the complexities of being in today’s world. Clients describe me as affirming, open-minded, and deeply understanding — someone who helps them feel seen, accepted, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it’s welcoming, inclusive, and attuned to who you are. We’ll create a space where your identity, culture, and experiences matter. Together, we’ll explore what feels stuck, highlight your strengths, and build meaningful strategies to help you live more fully. I meet you where you are and guide you toward clearer paths, whether you're managing trauma, navigating relationships, or finding your place in the world.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll find a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can begin to share your story and your goals. We’ll start making sense of your challenges and identify small, meaningful ways to move ahead. My hope is that you leave our time together feeling more understood, more hopeful, and ready to take concrete steps toward change and connection.
