Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

I work primarily with individual adults that are ages 20+ and specialize in evidence-base practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, (ER|P) Behavioral Activation, Solution-Focused Therapy, and supportive therapy.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is humanistic, warm, and encouraging. I am eager to meet you where you are while also offering a gentle nudge when needed to help you move toward the changes you want to make.

My personal philosophy is that you are the expert on your own life. You already carry valuable insight, strength, and lived experience. I am simply a guide who can help you better understand your path ahead, help you work through the obstacles in your way, and help you move toward your next destination with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. We will begin exploring the challenges you are facing, patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and the strengths and coping strategies you already have. Together, we will identify your goals and discuss a treatment approach that feels supportive, realistic, and tailored to your needs.

Therapy does not have to feel cold or overly clinical. You can expect our first meeting to feel genuine, compassionate, and conversational while still providing structure and direction. I may ask thoughtful questions, offer encouragement, and gently challenge you when needed. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
