Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, and I've been working in mental health since I was in my twenties — over 20 years, most recently within LA County public service. I'm now building a private practice focused on adults who are actively choosing to be in therapy. I see clients via telehealth throughout California.

My approach to therapy

I bring two decades of clinical experience into every session, and I believe that depth shows up in how I listen and how I help people make sense of what they're going through. My work in public sector mental health gave me exposure to a wide range of human experiences, and that perspective shapes how I show up — without judgment and with genuine curiosity. In private practice, my focus is on building a steady, trusting relationship where real change can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you to therapy, what's happening in your life right now, and what you're hoping to work through or build toward. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — I want you to leave feeling heard and like this is a space where you can actually be honest. We'll also talk through how we'll work together going forward so you know exactly what to expect.
