Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor with a background in community counseling and behavioral health leadership. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm, and I specialize in helping clients build stability while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

I am the founder of Mustard Seed Counseling Center, where my work is rooted in the belief that growth begins with even the smallest step. My approach is guided by the philosophy: Get Rooted • Stay Grounded • Grow in Life.

In addition to traditional therapy, I integrate whole-person care through my work with Harmonia Wellness Circle, which considers emotional health alongside lifestyle, stress, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is structured, yet flexible, and centered on helping clients build emotional awareness, stability, and growth over time. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systems-based perspectives.

I guide clients through a phased process:

  • Get Rooted – Understanding your story, identifying patterns, and building awareness
  • Stay Grounded – Developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and stability
  • Grow in Life – Moving toward purpose, improved relationships, and long-term change

I believe therapy should not only help you process challenges, but also equip you with practical tools that you can apply in your daily life. My style is direct, supportive, and reflective—I will both validate your experience and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming and structured conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person. We will explore your current concerns, your history, and what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life.

You can expect:

  • A supportive, non-judgmental environment
  • Thoughtful questions to understand your experiences and goals
  • Initial insights into patterns, stressors, or emotional themes
  • A clear outline of how we can work together moving forward

Together, we will begin identifying goals and determining the best path forward, whether that is building emotional stability, processing deeper experiences, or creating meaningful changes in your life.

My goal in the first session is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident that you are in a space where real growth can happen.
