Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with experience working with couples, individuals, & families. As a school social worker, I frequently work with children struggling with self-esteem, life transitions, family issues, self-harm, & behavioral diagnoses. I have extensive experience treating individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, as well as issues with substance & alcohol use. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, & supportive environment where we can explore your past traumas and future goals together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My methods strongly emphasize cultural sensitivity and inclusion as I work closely with diverse populations, including individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and cultural minority groups. I encourage my clients to develop coping skills to improve their overall quality of life and to establish communication strategies to strengthen interpersonal relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize a holistic approach that recognizes the importance of the mind and body connection. Through compassion and honesty, we can work together to create meaningful change towards achieving your goals. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you and together we can determine if my practice is the best fit to support you in your journey.
