Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and challenged in a supportive way. I work with individuals and couples to navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach blends evidence-based practices with real, honest conversation. I will help you build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and take accountability—while also giving yourself grace. My goal is to help you not just cope, but truly grow and feel empowered in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on both emotional and spiritual healing. I integrate evidence-based practices with faith-based principles for clients who are open to it.

I help clients explore the root of their patterns, heal from past experiences, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others. I believe in balancing grace and accountability—creating a space where you feel supported, but also empowered to grow and walk in your truth.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a safe, supportive space to begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you’re hoping to work toward.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what’s been weighing on you, and what you want to change or improve. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand you, but it will feel more like a conversation than an interrogation.
