Great to meet you!

Greetings. My name is Dr. Taylor, and I am dedicated to assisting families in cultivating a harmonious and nurturing future together. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in working with adolescents and family systems. My primary objective is to establish an environment that encourages open and honest communication, free from the fear of judgment. I firmly believe that through mutual support and nurturing, families can develop a robust foundation for a more promising tomorrow. Therefore, I invite you to collaborate with me in creating a future characterized by love and joy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused, creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for clients to explore and express their emotions. By amplifying their strengths, clients can develop effective coping mechanisms for their challenges. Every individual has an innate capacity for healing and growth, and my goal is to facilitate their access to this resource and empower them to reach their full potential.

What you can expect from our first session

During counseling sessions with me, clients can expect to feel supported and understood. I firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe and accepting environment to express themselves. My ultimate goal is to help clients gain insight into their behavior and emotions by creating a comfortable space to explore the issues causing distress.
