Great to meet you!

I am a dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 16 years of healthcare experience and 10 years in advanced practice. My background in critical care, hospital medicine, primary care, and behavioral health allows me to provide comprehensive, whole-person care that addresses both mental and physical well-being.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe that effective mental health treatment begins with building a trusting relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I take the time to understand each individual's unique experiences, concerns, and goals, and work closely with them to develop a personalized treatment plan.

As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I recognize the strong connection between physical and mental health. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support while considering the whole person, not just their symptoms.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress-related conditions, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is to empower clients with the tools, education, and treatment strategies they need to achieve lasting emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take the time to get to know each other. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, medical and mental health background, and the goals you hope to achieve through treatment.

The initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to help me gain a thorough understanding of your unique needs and circumstances. Together, we will identify treatment priorities, discuss potential diagnoses if appropriate, and develop an individualized care plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other healthcare providers or therapists when beneficial.
