Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over a decade of experience in the helping profession, I specialize in working with adults (18+) navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD-related challenges. Many of my clients are professionals and executives operating in high-pressure environments who are used to pushing through, yet find themselves feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or stuck.

Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me early in the process. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while focusing on clear, meaningful change. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, combining evidence-based strategies with practical tools that can be applied outside of sessions to improve focus, manage stress, and reduce burnout while enhancing day-to-day functioning.

I work best with individuals who are ready to engage in the process, gain clarity, and make intentional, lasting changes in both their personal and professional lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and make measurable progress. I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space while keeping sessions intentional and action-oriented so clients can apply tools outside of therapy to improve daily functioning and reduce symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Approaching every client with warmth, empathy, and deep respect for your unique life experiences, I strive to create a safe space for self-exploration. Each session is personalized, often incorporating unique elements to make the process both engaging and insightful.
