Great to meet you!

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly discuss life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.

I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, chronic stress, and serious mental illness. I also have experience helping individuals heal from childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am EMDR-trained. I also incorporate trauma-informed care, solution-focused interventions, and empowerment-based strategies based on each client's individual needs.

Together, we can work to identify unhealthy thought and behavioral patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build greater confidence and resilience.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression, working through trauma, experiencing relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you don't have to navigate it alone. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward healing, personal growth, and improved emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should not only focus on what's going wrong, but also recognize what's working well. I help clients identify their strengths and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, judgment-free space. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to accomplish. Together, we'll identify your strengths and develop treatment goals that fit your individual needs.
