Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you can be honest, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change without judgment. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I take a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy.
My work focuses on helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, stress, depression, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and feeling stuck. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of coping.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Southern Illinois University, and I believe therapy should be individualized to the person sitting in front of me. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can start where you are, work at a comfortable pace, and focus on the changes that matter most to you.
Most importantly, I want my clients to feel that they are working with me, not simply being told what they should do. My goal is to help you develop the understanding, confidence, and tools to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.
