Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist (bilingual in Spanish) with nearly 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life — children, teens, adults, and seniors — across a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and ADHD to family conflict, grief, and the pressures that come with navigating work, identity, and relationships in New York City.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and I approach every session with the understanding that your background, culture, and life context matter — they're not secondary to what's happening; they're central to it.

All sessions are conducted via telehealth, giving you access to quality, doctoral-level care from wherever you are in New York State — no commute, no waiting room.

My approach to therapy

I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach — because it doesn't work. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems work, choosing and blending methods based on who you are and what you're dealing with.

I'm direct and practical. Therapy with me tends to feel like a focused, honest conversation — one where we identify what's actually getting in your way, build on what's already working, and move forward with intention. I don't believe in spending sessions in endless reflection without purpose. We work toward something real.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting oriented — I want to understand what's bringing you in, what's already been tried, and what matters most to you right now. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive.

By the end of that first conversation, you should have a clearer sense of what we'd work on together and how I work. You set the pace. I bring the structure, the expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping you get where you want to go.
