Raushni Chopra

Raushni Chopra is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor that takes a trauma-informed and client-centered approach towards her clients. She has experience across various settings, such as community behavioral health, corrections, and The Meadows. She has a passion for working with adults 18+ who are struggling with trauma, family-of-origin issues, codependency, relational issues, addiction, personal development and many more.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational and empathetic.

Our first few sessions will be focused on building rapport and identifying the goals for treatment. We will then work on not only the surface-level symptoms but also the deeper emotional, relational, and historical factors that may be contributing to one's struggles. My goal is to help navigate these complex issues and work towards healing and growth.
