Great to meet you!

You’ve tried to hold it all together- work deadlines, family needs, relationships- but inside, it feels like you’re running on fumes. Your mind won’t shut off at night. You wake up already exhausted, replaying yesterday’s conversations and bracing for tomorrow’s challenges. Anxiety, low mood, or obsessive thoughts steal your energy and focus, and no matter how “together” you look on the outside, inside you feel overwhelmed and alone. With over 20 years in healthcare (including service as a Navy Veteran), I bring a blend of medical expertise and empathy to help you move from merely surviving to truly thriving.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to accept this as your daily norm. I work with professionals, grad students, and others trapped in cycles of anxiety, insomnia, and OCD- helping them regain calm, clarity, and confidence. Through personalized, whole-person care, we’ll combine safe, non-controlled medications (no stimulants/benzos/hypnotics) and gene-testing when needed.

If you're tired of spinning and ready to feel grounded again, reach out. Schedule your first session right away (weekday & same-day slots available).

What you can expect from me

You can expect care that feels thoughtful and unrushed. Your first session is a 60-minute, judgment-free space to share your story, goals, and daily life, and to talk about what “feeling better” means for you. We’ll review your mental health and medical history, past treatments, and look for patterns or overlooked factors that may affect how you feel now.

When helpful, we may consider lab work or genetic testing to better understand hormones, nutrition, or how your body processes medications. Together, we’ll create a care plan that fits your goals—whether that includes whole-person medication management (I don’t prescribe stimulants or benzodiazepines), supportive therapy, or both. You’ll never be pushed into a decision; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes and give us time to check in, adjust your plan, and look at how things like sleep, balance, and daily stress impact your mental health. My hope is that you leave every session feeling supported, clearer about your care, and more confident that you’re making real progress—on your terms. ****Please note, I am not completing FMLA forms at this time; however, I am happy to provide session notes to support your claim's process. Also, I am in-network with Optum/UHC, but claims will be processed through Alma, not Headway.
