Great to meet you!

As a city girl with southern hospitality, I bridge the gap between authenticity and comfort in the therapeutic setting. After graduating from Texas A&M University-Commerce, I obtained extensive clinical experience in various socio-economic communities, hospitals, homes, and schools.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an evidenced approach to recognize the impact of trauma, identify the realities of anxiety, and fight against avoidance. My holistic and faith-based perspective aims to restore confidence and encourage clients to thrive and recreate their unique journeys. Clients navigating signs of PTSD, Depression, OCD, Adjustment Disorder, and Anxiety-induced symptoms benefit from my techniques deriving from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

Real WorX Therapy, helps YOU get to wherever YOU are trying to go! You’re the leader, and I am just the support coach. I bridge the gap between authenticity and comfort in the therapeutic setting. Getting to be and become your REAL self makes therapy work here.

Young black leaders who desire to move at the beat of your own drum, make your own path, live the life you desire, and thrive by breaking the walls of trauma and anxiety, I’ve got a space for you!
