Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should bring you closer to yourself. My role is to help you understand what has shaped you, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and build greater trust in your own judgment.

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the ways past experiences continue to influence their present lives. My style is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I make room for complexity while also challenging the patterns and protections that may no longer serve you.

Our work is not about becoming a “better” version of yourself. It is about knowing yourself well enough to make choices that reflect who you are, what you value, and how you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and active. I draw from CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, adapting my approach to each client rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we look beyond what is happening to understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs underneath it, and then work toward practical ways of responding differently.

I value insight, but I also believe therapy should help you practice what you are learning in your actual life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to determine whether I’m the right clinician to support what you need from therapy. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to get from our work, and begin making sense of what may be happening beneath the surface. You can expect a real conversation—I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, and offer reflections along the way. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We’ll start wherever you are.
