Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. If you’ve been carrying anxiety, self doubt, relationship stress, family pain, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Maybe you’re used to holding it together for everyone else while quietly struggling yourself. Maybe you’re seeking peace, healing, or a deeper understanding of who you are. Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve a space where you feel seen and supported. With more than eight years of experience in educational settings, community agencies, and private practice, I work with children, teens, adults, and families to help them move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self acceptance. My goal is to help you feel understood from the very first conversation and supported as you move toward lasting change.

My work has allowed me to support people through anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, family conflict, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I have a deep appreciation for the ways our past experiences shape how we show up in the present, and I help clients make sense of those patterns with compassion rather than judgment. I also bring experience working with children and families, which gives me a unique lens in understanding attachment, communication, and relational healing. Whether you’re coming in as an individual, parent, or family system, I strive to meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, warm, and collaborative, honoring the connection between mind and body while helping you create meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic work, mindfulness based practices, person centered therapy, and strengths based approaches, but more importantly, I tailor therapy to you. Sessions with me are not about being analyzed or “fixed.” They are about feeling safe enough to explore, heal, and grow. I believe therapy should feel grounded, supportive, and practical while also making space for deeper reflection. Together we can build insight, strengthen coping tools, and help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and strength.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy takes courage, and even being here is a meaningful first step. You do not have to have it all figured out before reaching out. If you’re ready for support, healing, and a space that feels compassionate and genuine, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Your healing journey can begin here.
