Great to meet you!

I am a dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a diverse range of experience. I graduated in 2017 with a Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University. Over the years, I have worked in various mental health settings with a range of age groups, particularly children and adolescents. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and lower-income communities and serve as a dedicated advocate. Currently, I'm accepting clients between the ages of 12-21.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I tend to use an integrative approach of evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered approach, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused interventions to help clients reach their treatment goals. Common challenges that I tackle in therapy include low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, mild substance use, and ADHD.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming conversation to gather information about your history and current challenges that'll help us develop efficient goals to work on throughout treatment.
