Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with more than 20 years of experience supporting adults, children, families, and professionals through life’s challenges. I strive to create a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized, drawing from the evidence-based practice of Motivational Interviewing to support your individual needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. Together, we may focus on anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, family concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something to change. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to listen, offer guidance and honest feedback, and help you find a path forward that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. I will create a calm, supportive space where we can talk at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will begin identifying your goals, strengths, and areas where you would like to see change. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
