Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in adult ADHD, ADHD evaluations, ADHD medication management, anxiety, burnout, executive functioning difficulties, emotional regulation, and mood disorders for adults and teens throughout California. I provide telehealth psychiatric care across the Sacramento region, Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove, Stockton, Modesto, Fresno, San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Southern California through Grace Mental Health Resources.

Many of my clients are professionals, students, parents, and high-functioning adults struggling with focus, procrastination, overwhelm, racing thoughts, low motivation, productivity challenges, executive dysfunction, and difficulty maintaining consistency in daily life. My goal is to help clients better understand how ADHD, anxiety, and stress impact their work, relationships, confidence, and emotional well-being while building structure, balance, and sustainable routines through evidence-based treatment and supportive care.

Before becoming a PMHNP, I worked as an ER nurse beginning in 2007, which helped shape my calm, compassionate, and solution-focused approach to patient care. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, collaborative, and easy to talk to. I believe treatment works best when clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in the process.

Whether you are newly exploring an ADHD diagnosis, looking to optimize your current treatment, or managing anxiety, burnout, depression, or executive functioning difficulties alongside attention challenges, I strive to create a supportive and judgment-free environment where clients can improve focus, emotional wellness, productivity, and overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on helping clients improve focus, executive functioning, motivation, emotional regulation, productivity, and overall mental wellness. I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing ADHD, anxiety, burnout, executive functioning difficulties, racing thoughts, overwhelm, depression, and stress-related challenges.

I combine medication management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle. I believe effective treatment starts with understanding how symptoms affect daily functioning, including work performance, school, relationships, sleep, organization, and self-confidence.

Clients often appreciate my calm, supportive, and straightforward style. I strive to create a comfortable and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe discussing challenges openly while working toward meaningful and sustainable progress. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping clients build confidence, consistency, structure, and long-term success in daily life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, focus difficulties, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, motivation, and stress management. We will discuss current concerns, personal and family history, sleep patterns, work or school performance, relationships, and how symptoms may be affecting daily functioning, productivity, confidence, and overall quality of life.

For clients seeking help with adult ADHD or ADHD-related symptoms, we will explore concerns such as distractibility, procrastination, racing thoughts, forgetfulness, overwhelm, difficulty staying organized, emotional dysregulation, and trouble maintaining focus or consistency. We will also review treatment options, including ADHD medication management, stimulant and non-stimulant medications, behavioral strategies, coping tools, and lifestyle adjustments tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, informed, and supported with a personalized treatment plan designed to improve focus, productivity, emotional balance, executive functioning, and long-term mental wellness.
