Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 10+ years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I work with adults clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief, addiction, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and the painful feeling of being disconnected from who they used to be or who they want to become. Many of the people I support are carrying more than they let others see. My goal is to help you rebuild resilience, reconnect with your sense of self-worth, and begin moving toward a life that feels more steady, honest, and meaningful. I believe therapy should be a place where you can bring both your most vulnerable moments and your greatest successes, without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is authentic, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded. I believe in meeting you where you are while also helping you uncover the roots of what may be holding you back. In session, we may explore patterns connected to depression, anxiety, stress, grief, addiction, relationships, self-worth, coping skills, and the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand your story, rebuild your sense of self, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about reconnecting with the strength, clarity, and worth that have been there all along.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. We will talk about what you have been carrying, what feels difficult right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, addiction, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, or a major life transition, we will begin identifying goals that feel attainable and unique to your needs. I will work to ensure you feel safe, respected, and comfortable sharing at your own pace. From there, we will build on your strengths, clarify your goals, and begin creating a path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
