Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience working with adults and children navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. My background includes outpatient therapy, behavioral health, crisis intervention, medical social work, and supporting individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about having a space where you can be yourself, explore what you’re experiencing, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from counseling. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you and work together to identify your goals. Most importantly, this is a safe space for you to feel heard, ask questions, and decide if I’m the right therapist for you.
