Great to meet you!

Licensed Private Counselor, MS, MEd., LPC, EMDR Trained

I am a Licensed Private Counselor serving clients in Texas. I believe all experiences in our lives whether good or bad can help a person grow by equipping themselves with knowledge and skills to better understand who they are as a person. All information about a person is important and can be used as a steppingstone toward wholeness and healing. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and people with special needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to express themselves and feel heard. I work collaboratively with the clients to help them to develop skills to face life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients become whole and healed.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can make a person feel anxious. The first session with me is about learning about you in an environment that feels safe and nonjudgemental. My goal in the first session is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We will work together to establish the goals you would like to achieve through your counseling sessions.
