Great to meet you!

If you are reading this message, you are taking the first critical steps toward wellness! I have many years of experience as a licensed professional counselor. I am a board certified telemental health professional. I have experience helping people across the lifespan. I value helping others work through depression/anxiety, difficult childhood/youth experiences (attachment), family/close relationships, marriage/couples issues, parenting, ADHD and many other concerns.

My approach to therapy

I approach healing and wellness with an empathic, holistic, warm and interactive and strengths based style. I believe personal growth comes when we understand ourselves better, gain insights and act in ways that help us to cope with life in a more genuine way. I believe in every client’s ability to choose their path, and will help you begin the often-difficult process of regaining emotional, psychological, relationship and spiritual wellness.

What you can expect from me

While engaging you in a relaxed and conversational style, I use evidenced based theories depending on the nature of the concerns.

I believe wellness includes emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual elements, and respectfully and comfortably explore all aspects of wellness when appropriate to help you achieve wellness. We will work together to identify and then work steadily to achieve your goals as I tailor the therapeutic process to meet your needs.
