Great to meet you!

utside of my work as a therapist, family is at the center of my life. I’m a proud mom of four adult children and a grateful grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren. Some of my happiest moments are spent simply being with my family. I also enjoy sports and love cheering for the Utah Utes, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me camping, spending time near the beach, or enjoying the outdoors. These experiences help keep me grounded and remind me how important connection, balance, and joy are in our lives.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of complementary approaches /modalities to help clients develop healthier ways of understanding themselves, strengthen relationships, and build skills for managing life’s challenges. I enjoy helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. When working with children, I incorporate developmentally appropriate methods that help them express feelings, build emotional skills, and feel supported.

What you can expect from me

I offer a compassionate and supportive space where both children, teens and adults can feel safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Together, we work at your pace to understand what you’re going through and to find meaningful ways to move toward healing and growth. I look at ndividuals from a strength based frame, and help the client recognize their strengths.
