Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Raymond Bryant Jr., a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with children and teens. I help young people better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while supporting parents throughout the process. My own experience overcoming anxiety inspired me to help children and adolescents develop coping skills early in life. I believe meaningful change happens when children and teens feel safe, understood, and supported, and when parents feel empowered and included in care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, while tailoring each session to your child or teen’s unique needs and personality. Sessions may include interactive activities, creativity, and skill-building exercises to help young clients feel comfortable and open. I work closely with parents to provide guidance and tools that support progress at home, because lasting change happens when the whole family is involved.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you and your child or teen can expect a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. We will talk about what has been going on, your main concerns, and what goals you hope to achieve. I focus on building comfort and trust first so your child or teen feels safe enough to open up. By the end of the session, we will have a clear direction and a plan that feels supportive and manageable for your family.
