Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist and gay man, I understand it can be difficult to live authentically and maintain intimate relationships in fear of rejection or not being loved. My goal is to ignite change within oneself through an approach that integrates an individual’s body, mind, & spirit. I’ve been practicing for 14 years, and support gay, bi, and queer men through an individualized treatment plan and we work together to develop skills to manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate in helping individuals discover aspects of themselves that influence their behaviors, perspectives, and relationships to better understand how to cope with life struggles. Through our work together, I support you toward living an authentic life and creating meaningful relationships that algin with your core values. In sessions, I use humor, kindly direct when appropriate, will challenge you, and guide you toward an awareness of oneself to your inner power toward change.

What you can expect from me

In sessions we create a foundation of mindfulness, normalizing feelings, challenging unhelpful cognitive beliefs, utilizing behavioral change, and processing trauma when needed. I understand the importance of having a safe space to be vulnerable to share aspects of yourself without fear of judgment, shame, or stigma. Through our work together, I’m committed to support you through life transitions, healing trauma, and living an authentic life.
