Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. With years of experience in mental health services, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, and case management. My approach focuses on creating a supportive and empowering environment where clients can gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build stronger relationships.

Outside of my work, I find balance through physical fitness, video games, and spending quality time with my family and my dog. I believe that mental wellness is deeply connected to our daily lives, and I strive to help my clients find their own path to healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

Firstly, my goal is for us to be able to connect through personal interests so that we can build trust and rapport as therapy can often be a somewhat scary and uncomfortable setting at first. I utilize talk therapy and evidence based practices focusing on identifying negative thought patterns and behaviors while helping you implement practice, real-life coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with a deeper self-understanding and emotional awareness. My hope is to provide you with the effective tools to cope with whatever you are struggling with and to feel empowered to take back control over your life.
