Great to meet you!
I am a Master level Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. My journey in mental health began over a 30-year career with the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC). One of the most influential roles I held was in opening a forensics facility which led to me becoming a mental health professional.
Currently, I am a clinical supervisor for two OMAT facilities. My therapeutic approach is reality-based, structured as solution focused, utilizing workable and effective techniques with Jungian principles and eclectic principles.
We live in the moment, and I encourage my clients to strive for incremental progress towards their goals. I specialize in a wide range of mental health areas including anger management, anxiety, and depression. I have been informed, by clients, that I have a message that resonates.
