Over 10 years of experience working in substance abuse and mental health. Multiple years working in, inpatient and outpatient, substance abuse and mental health facilities throughout Florida. Experienced in addiction, child therapy, young adult issues,anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, and anger management. Active member in multiple non profits that focus on Veteran's mental health. I believe in a solution focused approach that leads to an overall improvement in quality of life.

I believe in focusing on the person and the unique issues they bring to the table. I am certified in DBT and SFBT, I have extensive training in CBT, motivational interviewing, psychoanalytic, positive therapy, EMDR focused and many more. I use facets of multiple approaches to help my clients.

At the very least when you leave session you should feel as if progress was made. My goal is to help you find happiness and peace in your everyday life. You should feel as if you are always moving forward.
