Great to meet you!

Initially a practitioner in nonprofits, schools and foster care and more recently private practice, I have come to find as a more recent trauma informed therapist, symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues are often expressions of unresolved grief and loss. I am fascinated by the power of lasting change that comes from intentional, deep work. I am especially passionate about working with adults with complex truama and I believe the body equals to the mind in trauma resolution.

I look forward to learning what it is that you are wanting for yourself out of therapy, and more importantly in your life.

My approach to therapy

My training as a NARM therapist has become the anchor of my work, which honors a deep trust for each person's innate ability to move towards growth and healing, and guides my sessions with client's. My work is to support more connection- with ourselves, others, the world - so that we can access more parts of ourselves and be more fully alive and present. bring warmth, intuition, and compassion into the counseling relationship and the encouragement of free authentic expression. I bring warmth, intuition, and compassion into the counseling relationship and the encouragement of free authentic expression.

What you can expect from me

I will begin with checking in with client's about their desire for what they want out of the therapy that session and stay in the moment and in their somatic experience.
