Great to meet you!

I bring over 21 years of experience working with adults, children, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger, and behavioral concerns. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it’s also a meaningful act of self-care. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we work toward greater support, growth, and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in creating a safe, respectful space for honest exploration. I tailor my work to each client’s needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, drawing from evidence-based practices to help clients better understand patterns, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding them back. I balance insight with practical skill-building and place a strong emphasis on self-compassion, empowerment, and helping clients feel more grounded and aligned with their values.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my primary goal is to listen. Many clients arrive with a strong need to get things off their chest, and I invite them to guide the session at their own pace, sharing what feels most important to them. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment with no pressure to have everything figured out, stepping in with gentle prompts or questions only when helpful. By the end of the session, my aim is for clients to feel heard, supported, and less alone, with a sense of safety and clarity about moving forward together.
