Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are not serving you, I can help. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and affirming mental health support for adults throughout Kansas and Missouri, and offer convenient telehealth services that bring professional counseling directly to you. I trained as a Clinical Social Worker at the University of Kansas, graduating with my MSW in 2022, and spent the next four years learning from some of the best while providing trauma therapy at one of the largest rape crisis centers in the US. I now specialize in the treatment of PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress through evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, Somatics, and Expressive Therapies.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaboration with each client. Sessions feel grounded and meaningful but not heavy, moving at the pace that is right for you. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, processing trauma, or seeking personal development, I'm here to support your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, welcoming space from our first session together. We will begin by collaborating on a treatment plan, based in your individual needs. For many of my clients, we begin with tangible skills to manage symptoms and improve daily functioning before moving into the deeper work of trauma processing.
