Great to meet you!
I became a therapist because I wanted to show up for people in the moments that matter most — and I mean that literally. My background spans emergency services, inpatient psychiatry, residential programs, and outpatient care. I've sat with people at their lowest points, and that experience has made me both more steady and more realistic about what people actually need.
I work with adults on anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, and anger. I also offer couples therapy. As a Black male therapist in Central Massachusetts, I bring lived experience and cultural awareness to the work — especially for clients who've struggled to find someone who can hold both the clinical and the human sides of what they're going through.
I'm an LICSW — Massachusetts' highest independent social work license — trained at Salem State University.
