Great to meet you!

Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, managing anxiety, navigating relationship concerns, healing from past experiences, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with primarily adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, women’s issues, and maternal mental health concerns. I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

My therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused interventions.

My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop practical tools for everyday challenges, and create meaningful change that aligns with the life you want to live. Wherever you are in your journey, we can begin there.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You do not need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. My goal is to meet you where you are, provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space, and help you move toward the changes that matter most to you. Together, we will explore your experiences, gain insight, build practical tools, and create a path forward that feels realistic, meaningful, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s completely normal to feel nervous before your first session. Our initial appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a therapeutic relationship.

During this session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review relevant personal history, and identify goals for treatment. You will have the opportunity to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and there is no expectation that you have everything figured out before we begin.
