Great to meet you!

I believe therapy and mental health care should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can be heard, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized—I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other mental health concerns, and I strive to help each person develop practical tools and a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to work alongside you at your own pace, while creating a supportive environment where you feel comfortable being open and working toward meaningful, lasting change.

You do not have to navigate your mental health journey alone. My role is to listen without judgment, provide guidance and education, and partner with you to find an approach that fits your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe effective mental health treatment starts with truly understanding each client as a whole person—not just focusing on symptoms or a diagnosis.

I work with clients to identify their goals, understand the factors affecting their mental health, and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and meaningful to them. I value open communication and believe clients should feel informed and involved in decisions about their care.

My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust your treatment as needed to make sure your care continues to fit your needs.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to treatment, and discuss your current symptoms, concerns, and goals. We’ll also review your mental health history, previous treatments, medications, and anything else that may be important to your care.

This is a collaborative conversation, not a judgment or a test. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to get out of treatment, and discuss what approaches may work best for you. By the end of the session, we’ll work together to develop an individualized treatment plan and determine the next steps in your care.
