Great to meet you!

I’m an Arab-American Muslim therapist with experience supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. My work is especially rooted in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, complex trauma, identity exploration, and cultural challenges. Clients often describe me as warm and grounding, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe in building a strong foundation of trust and taking the time to move at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that through our work together, you feel genuinely cared for and empowered to show up as your most authentic self.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll explore the areas of your life you’d like to focus on and gently uncover patterns or behaviors that may be keeping you feeling stuck. I’ll show up as an engaged, compassionate listener, offering thoughtful guidance and support along the way. At the heart of my approach is the belief that every person is inherently worthy of a peaceful, wholehearted life. In our work, we’ll explore what that looks like for you and identify the tools that can help you move toward it.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel deeply seen, heard, and supported in our work together. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in trust, cultural awareness, and respect for your unique pace and story. Through our sessions, you’ll gain greater insight into the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while also exploring new tools and perspectives to help you move toward a more peaceful, empowered, and authentic life. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and reconnect with your sense of self.
