Great to meet you!

Everyone has their own unique experiences in life, some of which can be difficult to cope with. I have years of experience helping clients going through stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief/loss, prenatal and postpartum, and interpersonal struggles. In addition, I have assisted those who are caregivers to a child with special needs or to a loved one with a chronic medical condition. As a Filipino-American, I understand the struggles of navigating between cultures and have supported clients trying to understand the impact of this unique experience.

My approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment, motivational interviewing, strengths-based and solution focused therapies.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative where we work together to help you gain self-awareness, self-compassion and coping skills you can work on. I provide a warm space where you can feel comfortable in sharing your thoughts and feelings openly.
