Reagan Baiza

Welcome, my name is Reagan. I have a Master of Science in Social Work from UT Austin (Hook Em) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Austin, TX. For 8 years, I have supported patients and their families through difficult and complex situations as a medical social worker. During my time working with individuals with brain injury, cancer, and other medical conditions, I developed a passion for partnering with people in their journey to heal from some of life's most challenging obstacles.

As your therapist, I will come along side you to gain a deeper understanding of your story, grief, and relationships, in order to help you cultivate meaningful connections and experiences in your life. We will explore the way your physical body and emotional health are connected, and look at your stories with a new lens. It's with this fresh perspective we can identify what behaviors and patterns work in your life, figure out what doesn't, and try something new.

Ultimately, you are the driver of the therapy vehicle. I want you to feel empowered to identify behaviors that aren't working for you, set goals, and collaborate with me in creating solutions. I hope to give you a space to discuss with me what your needs may be, and feel safe to give me feedback when your needs shift. Most importantly, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and understood.
