I work with teens and adults trying to figure out what’s happened, who they are in this moment, and where they want to go from here. I offer a safe space to work through things your own way, without being judged or criticized. I can help you work toward goals that are focused on you (no agendas here) and get to a place where being feels better. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, affirming, and direct. I believe a good therapist is someone who listens, validates, and empowers, but can also be trusted to cut through the BS and be real. I have specialized training in trauma, trauma processing techniques (EMDR, TF-CBT), anxiety, depression, and school-related difficulties. As a clinician with 20+ years of experience in public schools, I have a deep appreciation for the struggles that both students and educators face today.
