Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values honesty, connection, and practical support. I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what needs to change. I try to create a space where clients can be open without feeling judged or pressured. Therapy with me is conversational, supportive, and focused on helping you better understand yourself and move forward in a way that feels realistic.

My approach to therapy

I bring a calm, honest, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I am able to sit with people during difficult conversations, but I am also not afraid to ask direct questions or gently challenge patterns when needed. I understand that people are shaped by more than just their individual choices. Relationships, life experiences, stress, and larger systems all play a role. My goal is to help clients feel understood while also giving them useful feedback, practical tools, and support in making meaningful changes

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other and talking through what brought you to therapy. I will ask some questions about what has been going on, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different. You do not have to come in knowing exactly what to say or what your goals are. We can figure that out together. I want you to leave the first session feeling heard, comfortable, and clear about what our work together may look like.
