Great to meet you!

I pride myself in being client centered, and meeting you where you are in this journey forward.

I am dedicated to working with children and families to build the necessary skills to help your child develop and grow into their best selves.

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and families with a history of trauma, grief and loss, behavioral issues at home and/or at school, depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and family transitions.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily from a person centered approach, where we will collaboratively work on a treatment plan and prioritize your own health goals.

My sessions will operate from theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy strategies and Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

What you can expect from me

During our first initial session, you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to create a treatment plan that prioritizes your needs. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
